The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Lydiard Street and St Patrick's Cathedral, making family bonding enjoyable. the dated facilities, noise from the main road, and unexpected charges left us disappointed with our overall experience.

It was a nice place to stay. We arrived late and the staff waited there for us to arrive. Room was very nice and cosy

It featured convenient tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, a cozy sofa, and a TV, all of which greatly enhanced my experience, especially since I have a knee problem. The amenities made relaxing after a long day easy.
I encountered a minor issue with the shower; at 6'4, I found the shower head too low.

Clean stylish accommodation with marvellous location near the event to which we wish to attend and outstandingly accommodating staff. Centrally located hotel, near to because of location to other eateries and resturants and the restaurant for dinner.

Had the standard queen room which was functional with good amenities. Location: the hotel was close enough to the shopping centre.

The shower situation was a disaster. It was over a slippery spa bath with no screen, and getting in and out felt risky. Plus, the inconsistent water temperature made it impossible to have a decent shower. Definitely not safe or comfortable!

The food was fabulous with a wide array of alternatives. The hotel was centrally located right by the restaurant, the centre of town and tourist spots and the pathway which was n't very well marked, definitely a trip hazard. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

I stayed overnight while passing through, and my experience was quite pleasant. The reception staff were accommodating, ensuring my car was parked professionally and even carrying my bags up the stairs to my room. The air conditioning was on when I arrived, providing instant relief from the heat. The cleaning staff were efficient and thorough, adding to my overall comfort.

Centrally positioned very close to the centre of town. Also - so close to Sovereign Hill, and supermarkets. Brand-new and beautifully presented room with comfortable bed, value for money.

The staff were really good and accommodating, even arranging a ground floor room for our late arrival. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy, featuring a lovely large spa bath, though a plug would have been nice. The location was perfect for exploring nearby landmarks like St Patrick's Cathedral and Lake Burrumbeet, all within a short walk. Plus, the restaurant offered generous servings of fresh, tasty food—ideal for family bonding after a day out.

Freshly decorated so items and carpet clean. Close to amenities and city centre
We asked to be given an 'off the street' room as wanted a quiet night. No trouble and the staff were obliging.....not to say that the 'on the street' room was noisy....as it had double glazing (we didnt want to take the risk)
